Help is all I need -Cloud Niisan-

[Kadaj]

Kadaj wandered the streets, a dazed look in his eyes as he wandered almost mindlessly with no destination in mind, he seemed lost, but he'd been around here before.

"Why am I here?" he muttered to himself as he listed his hand to gaze down at it, he could see some raindrops land upon his hand so he looked to the sky, "great...." he muttered as he continued on. "i suppose I'll be expected to bring about the reunion again...but it's pointless now...Sephiroth you bastard...you drained me of every ounce of energy I had in me...." clutching his hands into fists his body shook slightly.

Kadaj was still weak from the fight, even after being brought back from the lifestream, after a while he started to limp slightly as he tugged the black remnant cloak he had on over his normal leather outfit. Throwing the hood up he looked around himself, his vision growing fuzzy.

"what the hell is wrong with me?" he asked himself as he came up to a building, the rain started to come down quite hard by now as he stared at the bright neon lights. His vision was much too fuzzy to make out the words, but he figured it was some sort of Inn.

Maybe If he made it inside, then he could rest, that is if he made it. Staggering a bit, kadaj fell over and landed with his back against the building. The hood stayed up and over his face as he hung his head before closing his eyes with a sigh.

(I'm too tired....) he thought to himself, (i can't move...damn you sephiroth....damn you...)

[Cloud Strife]

For a while now Cloud had been walking around the town wondering if he would ever find someone else he knew. Like the Turks. Sure he was not that close with them, but they were handy at times. Eventually, he came to a complete stop, while looking at a familiar face. It was Kadaj, but he looked weakened and all beat up. "Kadaj." Cloud muttered softly. Why did he have to run into him now?

"Your coming with me." Cloud said softly to Kadaj. There is no point in fighting the Remnant, since he is already weakened and appears like he does not want to cause any trouble for anyone. Soon, he attempted to pick Kadaj up and put him on his shoulder. If Kadaj lets him, he could get the young boy to an inn. "You need to go to an inn."

[Kadaj]

Kadaj could hear footsteps from somewhere around him, "who's there?" he muttered, not bothering to lift his sore neck, "go away...im resting..." the raindrops falling on him began to make him shiver slightly as he sat there.

Hearing a voice he finally opened his eyes before glancing up at the Blonde, "Cloud?...." he muttered. It was the very man who's arms Kadaj finally Died in, why him? why now? though, it was also good Cloud was the one to find him. The blonde was the only person to ever see Kadaj in such a weakened, Pathetic state such as this. And Kadaj wanted to keep it to as few of people as possible.

"What?! where to!?" he snapped back at the blonde as he attempted to scurry away, "Im fine right here!....ow..." clutching his hand upon his shoulder he tried to sooth the pain by massaging the sore muscles. "fine..." he muttered before being picked up by his older brother.

[Cloud Strife]

At first Cloud watched Kadaj struggle to get away as he attempted to pick the Remnant up. Well, who wouldn't run away from him? Cloud let out a sigh as Kadaj stopped fooling around and let him pick him up. With in a few minutes they had finally made it to a near by Inn. With Kadaj over his shoulder, he took out a hundred gil and put it on the counter. Right away he walked up the stairs and into a private cabin.

As he made it to the bed, Cloud gently put Kadaj on the warm and cozy bed. The Ex Soldier proceeded to take a few steps off and lean against the only exist. Once Kadaj wakes, hopefully he has a good story to tell.

[Kadaj]

Propping his head up on his hand he was unwillingly carried by Cloud to to Nearest Inn. While Kadaj was being carried he grumbled a bit as memories played through his mind, the memories of how he had attempted to bring about the reunion, his own words flooded through his mind, 'my reunion....bet your dieing to watch...' a twisted menical image of himself popped into his head, the image then started to laugh insanely before it all went haywire, voices and pictures from the past filled his head. Loz, Yazoo, and Sephiroth.

Clutching his head he whimpered a bit, "go away..." he muttered quietly before being placed on a bed. It was comfy and cozy, warm and soft. So warm it allowed him to rest easily. When he woke, Kadaj looked around the room before staring at Cloud.

"hello there....Niisan..."

[Cloud Strife]

By the time Kadaj and awakened, he said hi and called him Niisan. "Names Cloud. Not Niisan." Strife said somewhat harshly. He did not want anyone like Kadaj giving him some kind of nickname. "Just don't start chaos, or I will find you." Cloud may have been kind enough to let Kadaj sleep and gain some energy back. However, He was not going to tolerate that world domination from the young Remnant. Besides its not like he could try that without his brothers.

Slowly, Cloud turned around and walked out the door and proceeded down the steps. Whatever that scrawny boy was going to do, hopefully it was something good. Though Strife had to admit that was something that was not going to happen. Villains were always going to be bad and kill someone. That is why Cloud is here, and he was going to keep the peace and try to protect everyone. As long as he has his powers and fighting skills nothing and no one was going to hurt the innocent.

[Kadaj]

Chuckling he nodded, "I know that...Niisan means big brother..." he laughed a bit as he tried to sit up in bed, only to fall against he wall, "nehhh....ment to do that..." he lied as he rubbed his head a bit.

Tilting his head he sighed, "fine...Cloud..." he spoke as he shook his head. The look he was getting from the blonde Clearly told him he didn't like being called that. "they think it's cute when I call you Niisan..." he muttered before crossing his arms.

Looking back where Cloud had once stood, was now and empty spot, "Niisan!" getting up from the bed he fallowed the blonde down the stairs, "whats up with everyone helping me lately? has the word gone around that fast?" he asked.

only a select few people have known about Kadaj's change of heart, all thanks to his new 'parents' Stopping on the last step before Cloud could reach the door of the Inn he crossed his arms, "Mother and father won't be happy about you just taking off...They'll want to see you" he spoke with a sinister grin, knowing that would spark the blonde's interest enough to stop him for a little bit.

[Cloud Strife]

Right as he was about to get to the last step, Kadaj has ran right in front of him. This made him come to an abrupt stop. It did not take long before Kadaj started to talk about mother and father. "We are not related, nor will we ever be." Cloud said softly. Now who is this mother and father Kadaj is talking about? Could this mother be Jenova? Why does everyone have to speak in riddles.

"Your mother is Jenova, and you have no father. My mother is at her home." Cloud soon walked around the little Remnant and opened the door. "Something must have hit your head." He said while taking his first step out.

[Kadaj]

Chuckling he held his finger up, "we have the same genes and cells running through us...we are in a scene....brothers..." he smiled before placing his hands on his hips before leaning over, Feeling a bit out of breath.

"great god of Gaia...I hate feeling like this..." he muttered before looking back up at Cloud, "Niisan..." he spoke as he held his hands out, "I'm not talking about..." he didn't even want to speak that thing's name, let alone call her his mother, "that headless freak..." he muttered as he stood straight before crossing his arms.

"I've been adopted..." he sighed, "when you found me earlier....i was having another weak spell...for some reason ever since i came back from the lifestream I've been feeling like this off and on...It sucks!" he said with a light grumble.

"my mother and father are two of your friends...ones that also came back from the lifestream...but they seem to be just fine....maybe because they didn't have someone inhabiting their body draining their health and getting their asses beat all at the same freaking time!" he spazed. "I'm still trying to act tough...but all that comes out is me acting like a freaking 16 year old spazz attack!"

[Cloud Strife]

"You are sixteen." Cloud said softly to Kadaj. What really had him saying what? Was the fact Aerith and Zack had adopted the little Remnant. Now what is up with that? Why would they adopt this creature of pure evil? Jenova's cell's course through his body which gives him the urge to kill and fight for no reason. The words that came out of this boys mouth sounded very much like lies. How could he not believe this though?

The Remnant leader has not made a single attack on him. So he could not really fight himself. "No matter what you do Jenova is your mother." Cloud said softly. "If you ever hurt them, I will find you." He said harshly to Kadaj before walking out the door.

[Kadaj]

Nodding, Kadaj spoke, "uh yea...can't you tell? I'm short...and quite bratty at times" he almost snapped. "you still don't trust me...I understand that...but please...i promise you...I'm not the same as before...."

cloud didn't really seem to be Listening to him, or maybe he was just hearing him, and not paying much attention. "are you listening to me Niisan?!" he spoke as he ran right in front of Cloud, Blocking the blonde from his path.

"I don't care....People can call her my mother...but she's nothing to me anymore..." he spoke with a serious tone. "And I would never hurt them...." he spoke as he turned his back on Cloud. The empty Sheath of Souba swinging back and forth on his back.

"What i speak is the truth...and If you don't believe me....I can take you to them myself..." he smiled.

[Cloud Strife]

Cloud looked deeply into Kadaj's eyes and stood still. Why was this Remnant so persistent to get his trust? Truth is Strife will never trust this boy. Just because he says he is good means nothing at all. "Just because you say your good. Means nothing." Cloud said softly. He had no reason to fight this boy since no chaos will be made. However, Cloud was going to remain watching.

Looking back at Cloud as the blonde peered into his eyes, Kadaj sighed, "Really? you really think so?...what do I have to save someone's life to get you to trust me? cause I can do it" placing his hand on his forehead he thought of something that would get his attention.

"Tifa trusts me..." he muttered as he crossed his arms again, "she forgave me without a second thought..." looking at Cloud again he waited to see what his reaction would be when he herd Kadaj had been at the bar.

[Cloud Strife]

"You don't get it." Cloud said softly. "You nearly killed a group of kids and summoned many beasts to kill everyone, then you summoned that angel" Cloud looked all around with his eyes. As the seconds passed by some of the people who walked by the two said 'Hi Cloud'. He gave a slight wave of his hand, which brought a smile to some of the people. "You're a monster Kadaj. You will never be a normal person."

"No matter how hard you try to get my friends to like you. I never will." Cloud said with some anger. He would never forgive this boy for his evil actions he has done. Strife wanted to attack, but that would go against his honor.

[Kadaj]

Kadaj looked up at cloud with hopeful eyes, "oh you mean the Shadow Creepers?" he asked as he rubbed the back of his head before turning to hold his hand out. A black mist appeared in his hand before shooting out to the ground. a Shadow Creeper soon crawled out of the dark hole, "I'm still really sorry about that...."

The Shadow Creeper looked around before seeing Kadaj motion for it to stand at his side, "Sephiroth is no angel Niisan..." he spoke with a slight angry look on his face as the Shadow Creeper nudged his arm.

Seeing cloud wave to the town's people he sighed. people loved Cloud here, he and his friends were their hero's, Kadaj knew he'd never be able to be like that. But what Cloud said next made his heart sink, "a monster?..." Griping the hard outer Armor of the Shadow Creeper with his hand he hoped up onto it's back.

"If you think that....then why did you help me!? you could have left me out in the rain!" Leaning over he placed his head against the Shadow Creeper's back, hiding the sadness clear on his face. "I didn't try anything....she just accepted me as if i never did anything wrong..." his voice cracked.

"Fine...so what if you think I'm a monster..." he began as he sat up on the Shadow Creeper's back, "I'll prove to you that i'm far from being anything like a monster!" looking away he tried to allow his hair to hide his face as the Shadow Creeper turned their backs on Cloud and walking ahead a bit, allowing Cloud to finally pass them. "I...am not a monster....Just a remnant of one..."
